He was awful at finding us a listing, never returned phone calls, and frankly didn't know what he was doing. He must get by ripping off poor Mexican Families since he can speak to them, but he is horrible and I wouldn't recomond him to anyone.

After wanting to buy my 1st home - I had no where to turn. I work on the Pt.Mugu base and was introduced to Steve by a coworker of mine. He drove out to the base for initial meeting.
