"After wanting to buy my 1st home - I had no where to turn. I work on the Pt.Mugu base and was introduced to Steve by a coworker of mine. He drove out to the base for initial meeting. Normally Realtors have the client come to them - but Steve was friendly emough to meet on the base. From there on - he was 1st class and held my hand through the entire transaction. I could not have ask for anyone better. I highly recommend steve when buying your 1st home or any other."

The biggest challenge now are the new qualification guidelines for homebuyers.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I had a client living in a motel when I was contacted by him. He wanted to buy a home for his family and needed 3 bedrooms min. Well after a long and stressful search and pre qualification process - I was able to place him in a condo which had previously been in a fire. So the entire condo was brand new, even though the complex was fairly old. This was over 4 years ago and I last spoke to him about 6 months ago and everything was fine.
