SE buy a previous house with Donna Steinbrenner and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Donna Steinbrenner is by far the worst real estate agent/broker I have ever dealt with. Rude to family...dresses like a slob.....and absolutely no follow up! Had agents call who wanted to put in an offer and she didn't even write their name or number down for follow up. This woman does no work at all to sell your home!

teriible sums it all up. while handling an early move out of one of my relatives, bonnie told my already distraught sister in law she no longer wants to deal with us and we should contact the homeowner to handle our problem. she then concluded with hanging up on my relative. in summery this was the worst case of customer service i have ever recieved in my life!!!!!
