Andreas handled the transactions of selling our old house and the purchase of our new one. He walked us patiently through the process. We followed his advice in pricing and preparing the house for sale. In a slow-down market it took us only 2 weeks to sell and we got 2 competing offers. We sold the house over its asking price and moved on immediately onto the purchase of our new home. In the process we found not only a great agent but also a friend. We will seek his services again whenever it is time for us to move on to our next property.
