Welcome to my personal agent page.
As you representative, I will work at your pace, and will continue until we found the right property or buyer. I will give you my advice, based on knowledge and integrity, as well as market and mortgage parameters. Buying or selling a property is a very huge deal, and I will always work to protect you in these transactions. The best way for us to find out how I can best serve you is in an interview. Call me or email me to make an appointment.
Thank you kindly.

What year did you become a real estate agent?
2002
How many years have you been in Real Estate?
7 years, and an investor before that
What is the average home price in your market?
about $600,000
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
The trend right now is that prices are going up (slowly). It started with cheap houses ( 0 - 250K). Most houses sold are now in the 250K - 500K range. Over $1M is still a problem due to lending .
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
Because I have a chance to help people but also prevent people from making big mistakes when making one of the largest purchases in their life. I have seen the results from bad decisions that could have been avoided.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
People do not know me. They also do not know how knowledgeable I am and how much effort I make to be up to date on real estate issues all your long.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
There are several, but what is nice to hear is that a client actually compliments you like: "we would never have been able to buy this property without Antoine's knowledge and persistance."
What is your best characteristic?
Integrity, knowledge and honest communications drive my business.
Who or what inspires you the most?
I am driven to make real estate a "service" profession, and not a "sales" job. The difference is knowledge required.
What is the best advice you ever received?
The more you know, the more you know you do not know everything. Lifelong learning is a must if you want to provide a service to your clients.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
The Bay area first, and the Amalfi Coast second.
