- We live in such a diverse area. We have properties ranging from $50,000-$5,000,000 and everything in
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I enjoy interaction. The people I meet and work with are not paychecks, but real people whom I enjoy helping.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- There are so many agents nowadays that it is getting harder and harder to differentiate yourself from everyone else. I actively seek out sites and marketing that I know most agents in my area are not a part of so that I can be seen more prominently.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- The people I meet and work with are the success stories and the interesting moments. They are so diverse and want such different things. I had one transaction where I worked with the buyer and seller. When we closed, they both sent ME a closing gift and wrote me very nice thank yous. The seller even handmade and framed a piece of stitchwork for my new wife and I to hang in own home for our wedding.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I am a person who will be honest with you and shoot you straight, even if it means losing business. I like to sleep at night knowing that I did my best to be upfront with people. I also pride myself on being an excellent communicator with my clients and always keep them up to date on changes to our transaction.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My family is a big inspiration. I also try very hard to be a man of faith and try to make my business practices pleasing to God.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- It is not advice exactly, but I try to live and conduct my life like my dad conducts his. He is a very hard worker but absolutely always puts his family above everything else and would lay his life down for any of us. Thats the kind of testimony I want to pass on.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I am pretty happy where I am but if I had to pick a different location I would probably live near Cancun. You can't beat 80-90 degree weather all year long.
