- Six years..4 with Frank Howard Allen and the last two with Bradley Real Estate.
- What is the average home price in your market?
- Probably from $300,000 to $900,000.
- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- I enjoy when people fist get into a home because I'll always cherish the feeling I had as a first time home owner.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- I think that people don't realize how much work we do that goes "unpaid". That is, we travel a lot of miles and log a lot of hours and sometimes nothing comes of it.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- I was driving by a property one day and noticed a couple looking in a window of a house listed in Novato. I pulled into the driveway and asked if they wanted to see it. They said yes and we ended up talkng for almost an hour. They fired their unresponsive agent, listed their house with me, bought another one and ended up referring at least 3 friends that I had succesful transactions with. Best of all, we have become good friends.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I'm outgoing, patient and most of all intuitive. I can feel things surging or going "south" before they happen.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- People who do things for you and have no agenda and don't necessarily want something back. Those are the people that I respect the most.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Nothing is as bad as it seems and nothing is as good as it seems. You've got to be grounded in reality.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- On my own island in the Bahamas with a small airstrip and an apartment in San Francisco.
