I would recommend Sima 100%. I bought a house from her a few years ago. She was very hard-working and dedicated to her job. Definitely recommend her.

Plain and simple, this woman has refused to return phone calls and has lied about the issues at her properties. She is a Slum Lord, and even refuses to tackle any plumbing issues at the properties she owns. I would advise no one do business with her, as I am currently stuck with a 6 month contract with her, and I have 4 more months to go...
