- Real estate is wonderful...helping buyers and sellers reach their goals...whether it is their first purchase of one of many, it is always a pleasure to watch the excitement our clients express when they get the key to their new home.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- The changing market...and being able to present to buyers and sellers all the details of a transaction.

- Just one...I sold a client a home that they had seen the first time and didn't like...the sellers moved out...the home changed it's look enough that I showed the same property to the same buyer and they bought it...didn't even realize it was the same property.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I love to meet new people and assist them in anyway I can to get them their "American Dream". It is as much a thrill for me as it is for them.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- I inspire myself...I am a self starter...and I can't wait to make that buyer or seller pleased with the outcome of their purchase or sale.

- Just keep doing what you do best!

- Right here in Southern California...best weather...1 hour to the beach...1 hour to the mountains...1 hour to the desert.
