Jerry Colegado buy a previous house with Roy A Garcia and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
Roy was my agent in a real estate investment in Victorville, CA. He promised: 1)100% financing ****istance in loans, 2)free property management for 1 year, 3) rental guarrantee w/c will pay for mortgage should he fail to place a tenant on the 3rd month after close escrow, 4) agreed and signed a contract to pay the difference of the rental amount and the total mortgage amount (1st & 2nd) less $350 (which is the negative amount I could only afford). 5) pay a referral fee for allowing him to use my home for his sale presentation should I gather a group of 5 clients- regardless of whether there is a sell or not. For about 5 months now he has defaulted- very poor in retuturning calls or making any effort to resolve the matter. He also has not responded to releasing the current tenants security deposit. He owe's: $ 1000.00 for using my home for his presentation; $3468.00 for agreement to pay my negative. He has misrepresented, breached contract and refused to release Trust Money-security dep.
