Welcome. I am so happy to announce that I have moved back home to Newport Beach, California. I just came from the fabulous Las Vegas--the city that never sleeps, and I'm back in full swing. I am loving the amazing coastal real estate out here, and having grown up in this beautiful place, I am and always will be an expert. Please contact me with any real estate needs or visit my blog at www.juliedepippo.blogspot for more information or to let me know what's on your mind. I look forward to hearing from you! Cheers.

"Julie really is amazing. She helped me sell my house over the holidays when it is the slowest time for the market. Her positive energy and dedicated professionalism paved the way to get the job done. Everyone said it wouldn't happen, but with Julie's help, we closed escrow on Christmas Eve! I couldn't have asked for a better Christmas gift. Thank you."
What year did you become a real estate agent?
2005
How many years have you been in Real Estate?
4 years
What is the average home price in your market?
1,500,000
Are there any new developments or trends in your area?
Yes--coastal properties with ocean views are in huge demand. We are seeing more development in the beautiful rolling hills of Newport Coast.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love high end real estate. It's so beautiful. It's the stuff dreams are made out of. Selling coastal real estate confirms for me that anything is possible.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Right now, there are many challenges. Foreclosures and short-sales are not only heart-breaking, but they are frustrating to work. I know how to do them very well, but the banks are just not working with people in the most efficient and beneficial way. I just wish they would get it together.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
It was when I helped a friend of a friend. I love referrals and will do whatever it takes to make my clients happy. This young lady that I was referred to could not sell her home to save her life, yet she was moving out of state and could not afford two mortgages/rents. I came to her, evaluated her home, and decided it needed to show the best it possibly could, but she had very little money to put into fixing the place up. So I, along with the help of my husband, rearranged all of her furniture, personally boxed up her clutter, cleaned her house, AND layed fresh sod in her yard. Now, if you saw me, you would hardly believe that a well-dressed, petite girl would do such dirty work. But, believe it. It's true, and guess what--I sold her home for a great price! Now that's what I call success.
What is your best characteristic?
I am a genuine person who prides myself in providing exceptional service, and I'm dedicated to achieving success. Also, I believe that we are all here to make this world a better place. Therefore, I actively work to improve our world one smile at a time.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Passionate people inspire me the most. I don't really care what it is you believe in, as long as you truly believe in something--so much so that you go after it with everything you are, despite what obsticals might be in your way. With that being said, I am an avid yoga practitioner, so those who are devoted to yoga with every ounce of their soul truly move me in ways I can't explain.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Good things come to those who are prepared.
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Right here, right now. I lived in Las Vegas for the last 7 years, but I've finally come home to my family, my core friends, and the beach. There isn't anywhere else I'd rather be at this moment! Now for travel, that's a whole different story...
