She told me about this website and that all these postings are people she did not work for. I would show closing statements that Susan Green is My Realtor and would greatly recommend her. If you meet her you would know that these other postings are INVALID and this website should ask for proof that she actually did work with these people.

Beware of this agent if you are involved in a transaction with her. Be also very cautious if the house you are trying to buy is under a Trust and she is the Listing Agent. Apparently, an investor and Susan Green are in a side business together where some under the table deals are occurring. In that situation, there are issues with the Title Commitment and your lender will not close your loan. Susan knows this and therefore has multiple people in escrow to see which of them will close first and misleading them all to think they are the only one in escrow. She's a liar! I contacted the person who left the comment before this one. We spoke and their situation was exactly the same as mine started out going. Luckily, I was able to save myself a headache by not moving forward after finding out the coincidences of our two situations. In addition, beware if she recommends you to go through her Lender at PMAC in order for her to accept your offer. Lastly, I am unable to verify her license.

We too had an awful experience with Susan Green from Properties Plus not too long ago. She is unethical and unprofessional and will lie without concern of those involved. Susan Green is a dis-honest, self serving person who will screw you for a nickel. Do not trust her, or the people she works with, whether that be brokers, or inspectors. DO NOT USE HER AS YOUR AGENT.

Susan Green is not to be trusted. This woman is out to cut herself a deal at the expense of anyone who is willing to trust her with money. She has taken clients deposits, and has made it very difficult for them to get back their money when the proposed deal did not materialize as planned. She is full of excuses that fall in the category of " that's beyond my control", and has flat out refused return phone calls and e-mails. I find this woman to be very dishonest, and would never use , nor recommend her to anyone. She is currently involved is a lawsuit concerning faliure to refund deposits.

Susan Green of Properties Plus is an agent to be avoided. Our experience has found Susan to be sneaky, dishonest, ethically unfair and downright evil. She is not to be trusted. I guess you could say, "I'll use her to buy a house becasue she'll be a tough agent." But being tough and fighting for clients is fine. Being dishonst, being unreasonable and lying to both buyers and sellers is not fine and could hurt the sale in the long run. There are so many decent, good, fair agents in the LA area - why would you choose to work with someone so volatile and risk messing up selling your home or buying your home. My husband and I are kind, decent people and in we look at all instances where she was unruly or unfair, we are helpless and dumbfounded. Susan has a deep anger in her. And truthfully, we feel bad for Susan Green, but I would never, ever work with her or recommend anyone to work with her.
