- I like guiding people in their dreams of homeownership. I enjoy answering questions about the real estate and lending market as it is today. Theres alot to keep up on these days and I have done a great job at researching and staying informed on many aspects of the Real Estate and Lending Industry. I'm not afraid to work hard, stay up to date on my research and give feedback to my clients.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- These days its hard for clients to buy with lending guidelines getting even more stringent than ever and its hard for homeowners to sell due to less buyer demand and extremely declined home values. Most homeowners do not have equity and have to short sell, which can be a frustrating process, especially if the lender is uncooperative. Right now the RE market is tough but there are also alot of options.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- Ive worked with alot of different programs (federal, state and city). The best deal I found and helped my client obtain was a downpayment assistant program from the city of Long Beach and my buyer recieved $259,000 down as a silent second with 0% interest with no payment due for 30 years. The buyers out of pocket expense for the downpayment was 1% of the purchase price.

- I am a people pleaser by default.

- Right now, my boyfriend. He is a great man!
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- If you dont know your history your doomed to repeat it.
