Just read that he conspired to rig foreclosure bids in San Joaquin County and he plead guilty!

He gave me high interst variable loan when I didnt even need a new loan, cashed out my house, and deposited it his personal account! Luckly the title company paid me directly and went after him. Im appaled to see he's still not im prison!

Mr Marifat is more than capable of lying to your face. He's "one of those" re-fi guys. The mortgage he got me into was actually worse than the one that I was already in. He lied to my face when I asked him specific questions. The loan that he got me in was so bad that I had to re-re-fi to get out of it. This was about 2 years ago, and had I stayed in the loan that he got me into, I would have lost my house by now I'm sure. I should have clued in that he was a crook when I saw his ferarri. I've reported him to the real estate authorities, to not much avail. He is still out there, and he is still a crook. He needs to have his license revoked, and as far as I'm concerned, he should go to prison. Flat out crook. 100%
