Carrie Courter buy a previous house with Diane Gould and would not recommend them to other home buyers.
She's very fond of operating outside of the law, if you are a tenant in a home she's listed. She routinely harrassed me by phone because I wanted my legal 24 hour notice via phone. She then berated me in person, and came in without no notification on several occassions. Her actions are now causing legal problems for the owner, since as a tenant of a house for sale I am legally entitled to 24 hours notice before any agent comes in. Diane seems to think she can come in whenever she wants, with no notice. I actually have a statement from a neighbor who saw her in my home three different times, and one time they saw her take papers out, and I am missing legal papers, so I can only guess she has them.
