This person will lie and cheat so she can get to her commission. I made the mistake of hiring her to help me buy a house. She had a friend (cohort?) do a bogus building inspection and the termite inspection was also questionable. Once I moved into the house, I noticed the refrigerator leaned back and had the floor checked, then discovered several thousand dollars of damage from termites. Both inspectors should have discovered this. Also, during negotiations with the seller, I told her my highest price, assuming she was negotiating. It was several thousand above our current discussion. Instead of making a slightly higher offer, she just TOLD THE SELLER that I was willing to go much higher!!! (More money for HER.) DO NOT TRUST THIS...person.

My husband and I have enjoyed working with Tina in our search for a home.
