I can say from my own personal experience of working with this particular agent during the sale of my Monterey Park condo that it was one of the worst and close to traumatic experiences I have ever had with an agent. Let's begin with the fact that she talked me into selling my condo for much less than it was worth just so it would be a quick and easy sale. There were two other units in my building that were also selling at the same time and Lisa priced my place well below their asking prices. This was wrong in the sense that I had major upgrades to my condo and the other units were in horrible condition (yes, I viewed them). Lisa lied to me and had me running around town like a chicken with my head cut off to do things for her that I found out were highly uneccessary and a huge waste of time and money. Lisa was referred to me by someone else who also, in the end, regretted recommending her and will never do so again.
