Moureen Hardy and her daughter are the most professional and conscientious Realtors we have ever dealt with. When we listed our home in Ladera Ranch with two other agents and went for over a year without selling, we decided to call Moureen Hardy and her daughter Amy. They are regulars in our neighborhood and know the area well. We decided to list our house with them and my husband and I could not be more pleased. Because the market is still slow, it took another 3 months to sell. During these three months Moureen and Amy kept us abreast of all they were doing to try to sell our home. They worked much harder than the previous agents and were so patient and professional in handling all our questions. We got a great offer on our house and finally sold it thanks to Moureen and Amy.
Top notch agents
I had Moureen Hardy as an agent recently and she did a great job finding me a place. I called up on a house she had for sale and it was out of my price range so she offered to show me other properties in my price range. Before we went to look at any houses though she met with me and my fiance. We really appreciated the time she took to help us through the home buying process and she even helped us get the First Time Home Buyer tax credit. Outstanding service and integrity
I have bought and sold three homes with Moureen Hardy and Amy Hardy and there is a reason I keep coming back to them. We first met them when we sold our small condo in Orange and we also bought a house through them. We were very impressed with their service since it was the first time we sold a house, they took the time to explain the process in great detail to make sure we were comfortable with everything. Our condo sold at a great price and they found us a nice home to move into in Ladera Ranch. We have since sold that home and moved out of the area and we were just as please with our last transaction as we were with the first. My wife and I would recommend Moureen Hardy and her daughter to anyone who is looking for a hard working agent and really cares about her clients. Eric and Sandra Z.

Let me just begin by saying my experience with this two left me with a sensation of being VIOLATED. -They DON'T do their job. -They DON'T screen perspective tenants. - They ALLOWED me to be taken advantage by a known con-man which would have been completely avoidable have they done their job and due diligence. - They KNOWINGLY allowed the tenants (con-men) to keep dogs in my house without telling me, just in order to make a potential sale. - They are rather rude. - They didn't pay attention to the lease contract, and allowed tenants to stay in my home with no contract at all. - I suffered over $30,000 in losses simply due to the negligence on Moureen and Amy's behalf. - I had to PERSONALLY evict the tenants at my cost and at my time, due to the heedlessness on Moureen and Amy's part. DO NOT USE THESE TWO. They deserve to have their realtors licenses revoked. If I had time, I would have filed a lawsuit against Prudential/Moureen and Amy Hardy.
