Mark Priegel helped us find a home to lease upon our move to CA from FL. Mark's exceptional knowledge of the market and his strong negotiation skills RE: rental leases are marred by his hot-head impatience, unprofessional conduct (i.e., expecting the client to be available for viewings with only 1-2 hour's notice), and occasional bullying tactics inn order to push a client into accepting a property too hastily. Other agents I've worked with over the years put the CLIENT'S concerns first. Mark's general attitude seemed to be: "I'm always right and don't you forget it!" (If I were his manager, I'd recommend he take sensitivity training.) For all the above reasons, I would hesitate to recommend him to my friends and business associates without first warning them about his difficult personality style.
