Patrick Pablico in my opinion is one the the few agents who works in the best interest of his clients. From my experience with other agents, many of them are just looking to make a quick commission. While working with Patrick he was the first agent who suggested my wife and I wait till the market simmers down and real estate prices comes down to a more realistic price range. My wife and I are happy we listened to Patrick's advice. Now we are in the market for a house at prices 1/3 lower when we were intial looking for a house. Unfortunately , Patrick is not longer in the business but he recommend an agent who helped us purchase our first home. We are very greatful we listened to him and wished he was our agent. He he every decides to get back into real estate, i would definitely recommend him. Two thumbs up for him as an agent. He is someone who truely cares!

I have never closed any transaction with Tom Greg. I think Tom is a sales agent for Incredible agents website. The only reason for him to say bad words against me because I never paid and agree to join this web.

Avoid at all cost. He might be good as selling agent who always side to someone who paid him.

he offers discount points to buyer. but his service is very poor and he didn't represent us well at all. will not use him again.
