- April 11th there are 481 residential listings. Average price = $466K, median price = $400K.

- Service!! Not getting, giving. Hard to believe but I find a great deal of pleasure assisting folks in the successful and equitable resolution of real estate transactions. Though real estate is not rocket science there is a clutter of regulation and a maze of details for every transaction. Helping folks through the maze with perfection returns a lot of pleasure, and a bit of money.
