Hard Working Professional Agent

Dana is a top notch, hardworking professional. A good communicator, and all over the details. Very knowledgeable about Real Estate and "closing the deal". His marketing plan got our house sold in less than a month. Friendly demeanor and easy to talk with. We used him for the sale of our home, and found him by random chance while calling the local Tarbell office. I would hire him again in a second, and I highly reccomend this agent to anyone.

How many years have you been in Real Estate?: For about 5 years in Menifee.
What is the average home price in your market?: Currently around $400,000 - $450,000
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?: The thrill of accomplishment for the Buyers or Sellers is what really makes being an agent fun. Partically when you have help a first time buyer purchase their first home. Or the appreciated Sellers whom know how hard you worked to sell their home is a tight market.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?: In todays market the Timetable is challenging.....receiveing enough time on the table to get that sellers home sold.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.: One of our clients was so patient, eager and understand the market they allow me the time needed to sell their home.
What is your best characteristic?: Stunning and Handsome....haha... My attributes are strong across the board but mostly Patience, Organization, Loyalty and Perseverance tend to stand out.
Who or what inspires you the most?: My Mother and late Father of all.
What is the best advice you ever received?: Treat others as you would like them to treat you....
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?: Still expanding on this one.... Bahamas or Jamaica I guess. Someplace Tropical near the Ocean I love the water.
