Diligent, Focused and Concerned Representation

Abby worked harder than any agent with whom we've worked. She diligently previewed many properties to ensure that we would only see homes which she felt were right for us and in which she knew we would be interested. She was also very knowledgeable about each property shown to us, including details about the areas (i.e., school districts; retail; re-sale possibility). As a result, we seriously considered bidding on each house she showed us.

Sold My Parents House

Abby did a tremendous job in selling our parents' house. They are elderly and were scheduled to move into assisted living in three weeks. We could not afford both places at the same time and did not have time to "fix" the old place up. Abby contacted some real estate investors and within a week the house was sold. What a blessing it was for my brothers and myself to get my parents the help they needed and sell their house so quickly. Abby is family

I am writing this letter to recommend, in the highest manner possible, Abby Waddell as an agent. Abby represented us both in the sale of our then home and the purchase of our new home. Abby is second to none. Our relationship with Abby began in 2007 while I was pregnant with my second son. Abby managed to find us homes to look at and balanced all my anxieties about the possibilities of moving while pregnant or with a new baby. We were extremely picky and it never phased Abby. There was never any pressure from Abby. She is solely concerned with putting her clients into the space that they will call ‘home’. For Abby, the client truly always comes first. We also needed a lot of cosmetic work done on our house to sell it and, because I was pregnant, Abby coordinated it all. I am not exaggerating when I say that none of the work would have happened without her unwavering support and meticulous organization. In addition, every vendor Abby recommended (painter, handyman, etc.) was qualified and exceeded my expectations. Not only does Abby demand great service from herself, she only associates herself with reliable, competent and honest people. Who Abby is becomes more and more clear as you know whom she trusts. Abby is integrity epitomized. In 2009, Abby found us our home. She knew we’d love it when she saw it. She was right. Her instinct on what is ‘right’ for her clients is 100% dead on. Abby then guided us through the purchase process. We had a complicated escrow and challenging parties on the other end of the deal and, through it all, Abby was on top of everything. In fact, we learned how deficient our prior realtor had been because of her thorough approach to absolutely everything. Abby is not afraid to get her hands dirty. She gets involved in anything that it takes to help her clients through the process of selling, buying and moving. When you are Abby’s client, you truly feel like you must be her only client because it is unimaginable that she would have time to attend to anyone else given how closely she monitors everything for you! We could not be happier with Abby’s work. She is a decent, hard-working and honest person. I trust her wholeheartedly. She went above and beyond the call of duty so many times, I cannot list them all. Suffice it to say that if it needed to be done, Abby did it. No hesitation. No questions asked. I would be pleased to speak with anyone who wants more specific references for Abby. Beyond that, I shall end my letter with this: Although I have sworn that I’ll never move again, the only way I would ever even consider doing it is if I knew Abby would be by my side. She was, in the end, a true gift and has become a wonderful member of our family.

I love finding the perfect home for buyers and the process that goes with it. I love the challenge of pricing a home correctly, getting it sold quickly and negotiating the best deal for my clients.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
Fighting the media saying that this may not be a great time to buy or sell. Many people are sitting on the fence and believe everything they read no matter who writes that article that weekend.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
One of my favorite stories was when I finally found my client's dream home and we had to put their home on the market in a hurry in order to be in a position to do so. We sold their home in 2 weeks and miraculously their dream home was still available so we were able to buy that one. The timing was perfect every step of the way. I love it when everything goes so smoothly.
What is your best characteristic?
I treat every transaction as if it were my own. I am very detail oriented and care for my clients and will go to any lengths to make sure they are happy.
Who or what inspires you the most?
Gary Keller of Keller Williams- to build a business from one real estate office to the second largest in the country is pretty incredible!
What is the best advice you ever received?
Alays be positive and have a great attitude. You attract positive clients when you are that way yourself.
