He showed me many a home for weeks, until I settled on one specifically. Throught the whole process he very attentive and responsive. I would highly recommend Sergio to anyone.

I rented from this agent for 9 months. I was searching for a home to buy in the neiborhood. I finally found a reo property on my own. I found out who the bank was that owned the property and made an offer after Eileen refused to write an offer for me for over three months. ance she figured out that the bank accepted my offer, not only did she threaten the agent that did write the offer for me, but me as well. Because Eileen was doiong the BPO on this property for the bank( Which I believe is the reason she wouldnt write the offer for me) and did not have the listing at the time, she ended up collecting $3,000. of the deal and was never the listing or selling agent on any of my paperwork. My agent is the one that agreed to give Eileen his part of the commision because of her tantrum she was throwing and the threats she was making. She tried to ruin the deal on closing day but was unsucessfull. She ended up charging me another couple of thousand dollars for moving out of the rental early
