I enjoy working with people. It is a great feeling when you help a client find and purchase a part of their dream. As a native Angeleno, I know what makes this city tick!

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The most challenging issue I face is telling a client that their home is worth a lot less than what they had expected it to be. Sharing their grief and being a friend, in addition to their realtor, in these troubled times, is a must!

What is your best characteristic?
Determination, Creative, Strong Willed, and Hard Working. I dont like to give up! When there is a strong will, there is a way...we just have to find it.

Who or what inspires you the most?
My parents. They came to this country without a dime. They worked hard..long hours...open houses..helped without any obligation..and bought several properties along the way.

What is the best advice you ever received?
The best way to personally grow is to try to buy a property every year...rent/lease it out.
