My boyfriend and I gave him a deposit and credit fee of $560 last week in which he refuses to refund because he upped the rent by 20 percent, didn't disclose the onsite parking fees, utility charge until AFTER he collects a "non refundable deposit". I was told by an employee that quit he is a crook and has a long list of unethical practices! I was also told the employees are told not to disclose until after he gets the deposit. This man needs to lose his license and how dare he take people's hard earned $! Do not do business with him or his rude employees/ property managers!!!

Michael Gelfond had us on an automated email blast list. For the next 6 months we received email blasts. One day out of the blue he calls my girlfriend and asks why she hasn't been in touch with him in so long. My girlfriend replied that they never had any business together nor did they ever exchange any sort of personal emails or business emails. The only communication we had with him were impersonal email blasts that I am sure got sent to everyone in Los Angeles county. When he was told that we have no business with him and that we actually are working with a different realtor he went off and started yelling about not telling him we were working with another realtor. To sum it up; there are hundreds of people who can help you with your housing needs. My intuition would be to go with someone who doesn't come off as unstable and angry like Mr. Gelfond.

She is the worst realtor ever, very bad service and no knowledge at all.

I would recommend all to stay away from this unscrupulous cheat and his boyfriend. These two operate out of Enright's home on Rossmore with no legitimate office. Their dirty dealings go way back and anyone who knows Enright personally is well aware he never made any money in real estate legitimately and inherited most of his money when his father passed away.

He has helped me purchase two homes...each time he kept me aware of what was going on. If I could not reach him direct he always returned my calls quickly. I have referred friends to him and they all feel the same as I do. He is very "on-top" of the purchase and makes the whold process as uncomplicated as possible. He will hold your hand and walk you through every step of the way. One of the most honest persons I know.

Eventhough there were several other offers, ours was accepted. Our condo is already worth more than what we bought it for, and that's amazing in today's unique real estate market.

Jim Dutton has lied to me on numerous occasions. He slapped a coat of paint on our house and suddenly expected to get $200 a month more. I wouldn't trust this company to manage my doghouse.
