- The main thing I love about Real Estate is seeing beautiful homes in the Los Angeles area. Isn't that what most people love? After that, I would have to say that there is an enormous satisfaction seeing my clients, who generally become friends, light up with excitement when they actually get the deal closed and can move on to the next exciting stage of their life.

- Short Sales can be tough. Mainly because dealing with the bank is not always easy, but it always works out with patience and perseverance.

- Helping a family member find his dream home feels pretty good! My cousin started his search for a home asked me to help him. We ended up finding a beautifully remodeled home with an enormous backyard and pool in a great neighborhood, close to his office. He is now starting his family in the home and I couldn't be happier to see things come together for him.
- What is your best characteristic?
- I would have to say that most of the people in my life, professional or not, say that I have the most patience of anyone they know. So, yes, patience.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- Music is a passion for me and it always inspires me in different ways.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Life is short. We must Cherish every moment and live life to the fullest. Say what matters and how you feel because you might not have the chance tomorrow, and do what you want and what makes you happy. Our time here is short and we must make the best of it. Don't give up and give everything you do 100 percent.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- I can honestly tell you, after traveling pretty extensively, that Southern Cali would be hard to leave.
