Dan's a good guy, he's direct, very fast, helpful, and no-nonsense. One of the politest people i've ever met.

Terrible experience!
I purchased a condo from Daniel and everyone in our 16 unit condo had nothing but problems. I personally has elecrical problems which he said he would have his "WORKERS" fix. Months later he had his workers come to try and fix the issue but they only made it worse. They were suppose to come back to permanently fix our electrical issue but they never showed and our phone calls were not answered. I finally had to get my own elecrtician who could not believe that our wiring was improperly installed and that was why our lights kept turning off on their own. I would never recommend buying any property from Daniel Khakshouri.
SCAM ARTIST
Do NOT do business with this skeezebag! Daniel's company uses underqualified and unlicensed workers which resulted in our entire building having numerous electrical code violations, fire hazards, and plumbing leaks. I personally am in the middle of a mold abatement in my unit because his 'plumber' didn't install the toilet correctly and it was leaking from the bottom, underneath the tile, since it was installed. AND just when I started the process of going after him for my insurance deductable I find out his business has filled for bankruptcy protection, which personally I don't believe for one second. I'm sure he pulled the money out of the company into a personal account and is now filling for bankruptcy since all 16 units in my building were likely trying to sue him as well as some other buildings he did this too. This guy is a skeezbag who should lose whatever license he actually has and should probably go to jail.
