Scott seems to have narrowed his sales area to a unique part of Los Angeles area, concentrating on commerical property. We should have gone with Scott initially when putting our property for sale but we went for a high-end agency which told us we could expect a certain price. The property sat however with not even one showing! We got rid of that exclusive listing and went with Scott and within one week we had a couple showings of which one ended up in a successful sale. Scott was very involved in the process, personally delivering documents and meeting with the parties at their convenience. Our dealings with him were upfront and honest. We highly recommend him!!!
