- Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
- There is a challege everyday. Mainly, the responsibility is an adrenaline rush. I affect people's lives, the future friends they make, the schools where their children will go, their finances. It's an important job that I take very seriously.
- What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
- Having people take 15 minutes from their schedule to find out what I'm about. So that they can realize that not every agent that has a real estate license is capable of truly effectively representing them. Once I do chat with clients and they feel the sincerity, honesty and my integrity we build lifelong friendships.
- Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
- The time when a client was convinced that based on his current income and the need to feed his 3 children, he could NOT afford to ever buy. I assured him that I would try my best. What a moment when I handed them their keys! The look on their eyes and the emotion that poured out was amazing!
- What is your best characteristic?
- I'm professional, responsible, ethical and will always put my client's interest before mine.
- Who or what inspires you the most?
- My mother. She did so much on limited resources.
- What is the best advice you ever received?
- Work honestly and give a good example to your family. In the absense of value, money becomes the substitute.
- If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
- Probably retiring over a beach house in one of the Hawaiian Islands. Although I love the city where I live now.
