I had never purchased a home before when I met Aaron. He made a daunting, complicated process considerably easier, as well as helping me find the perfect place to live. I'd use him again in a heartbeat. Except that he doesn't eat steak, he's perfect.

Aaron's assistance in helping us find the right house in Mar Vista area was outstanding. Our desire to find the worst house in the best area was a challange that he understood and dilligently presented many options over a lengthy time. The process of closing was challanging only due to the timing (December 2008) when the banking and financial markets froze, however we were able to navigate this minefield and closed successfully. Aaron truly had our interst in the forefront of his actions and helped us with some sticky negotiations. Our vision was realized and shared by him. We will certainly turn to Aaron for all future R.E. needs.

As a first time buyer the whole experience was daunting but Aaron took me through the entire process with patience and professionalism at every step. I wasn't able to articulate exactly what I was looking for but after a few viewings he called me up to say "I found your house" and he had. We have been living there happily for 10 years. Aaron is extremely experienced and watched out for my best interest through the entire process.

Aaron Leider has been my real estate broker for over 14 years and he is very professional and a pleasure to work with. I had a 2/3 completed re-build property with fantastic potential but it required an agent who could properly list and display the finished up-side to buyers. Aaron handled the listing/marketing, showings and up-front questions and tandemed with me for the detailed construction finish details. Being a construction site, it even required extra effort from him just to open the property for viewing. He obtained several offers, monitored negotiations and brought home a sale that was good for both seller & buyer. Because of his professionalism, sense of fairness, knowledge of marketing & construction and personality, I plan to use Aaron again in the future.

We put an offer on a house that he had listed, a house which had been lingering on the marked. Our offer was accepted and then the inspections started. We had to spend over $4,000 to get it to the point where it was fully inspected. We had $50,000 in escrow and he wanted us to use $35.000 of it to do the termite work, and then came up with the brilliant idea that our very respected realtor should pay for the fireplace repairs out of commission. We backed out of the deal when we realized that we were dealing with a crazy person. The best part is that after we dropped out he used our many expensive reports to buy it for himself. I recommend not dealing with him. Storngly.
