Alex and Lou found us a great deal, even though it was not in their usual area of service. Our condo in Manhattan Beach had just come on the market and they notified us they day it was listed. Eventhough there were several other offers, ours was accepted. Our condo is already worth more than what we bought it for, and that's amazing in today's unique real estate market.
