Imagine the worst that can happen with a real estate agent, what is the worst thing you can think of, not making all the inspections and finding the house is about to fall down- there is insurace for this, over paying because your agent want's to make the sale - do me a favor ... this guy will trick you in any way he can to take the most money out from you, I am talking about false buyer s (yes there is such a thing ) that will make you think he has something to offer you, by the time the buyer will loose interest you will be depp in his pocket. when you see him, run - don't walk. run the other way
