he was our sellers agent and he was horrible. his rep gave a lot of incorrect information (HOAs, new pipes, etc), which he was very unconcerned about until the owner got angry about it. he is always impossible to get ahold of, his wife does a majority of his work. saw him one time for about 20 minutes during the entire process and he couldn't have appeared more bored. didn't explain much at all. very disappointed with this agent.
