During a time of economic uncertainty, Bruce succeeded in selling our house quickly–-and for well over asking price. He gave us excellent guidance on pricing our home & implemented an aggressive marketing plan that brought in 200+ visitors to each of our 2 open houses. He even brought an interior decorator to advise us on how to prepare our home for showings. Through it all, Bruce made the process as painless as possible for our family of 5. The results? We rec'd 14 offers in 4 days-–many for far above the asking price. We accepted an offer of w/ a 50% down payment for $40,000 over asking price-—the exact amount we had hoped for. The sale went through without a hitch. Complete success!! Bruce also represented us when we purchased our CA home in 1997. He even advised us on thorny issues re/ our purchase of in North Carolina, where we now live.

he was our sellers agent and he was horrible. his rep gave a lot of incorrect information (HOAs, new pipes, etc), which he was very unconcerned about until the owner got angry about it. he is always impossible to get ahold of, his wife does a majority of his work. saw him one time for about 20 minutes during the entire process and he couldn't have appeared more bored. didn't explain much at all. very disappointed with this agent.
