I recently put a bid and went to escrow with this seller and his clients. He asked me and my agent to summit an offer on a house in city terrace. He was at the time already in escrow with a potential buyer. Well he canceled and excepted our offer. The house needs work as is , little to my surprise an inspector found additional work to the house worth 30k. I was in my right to cancel escrow and requested to exercise that option. He got upset and held my deposit money for over a month, I had to get legal aid to finally get my money back. Long story short this was a nightmare and he is a shady realtor which is why are all skeptical of buying or trusting any realtors. He license should be revoked for he is not honest and desperate to make money which equals trouble.
