Michael Gelfond had us on an automated email blast list. For the next 6 months we received email blasts. One day out of the blue he calls my girlfriend and asks why she hasn't been in touch with him in so long. My girlfriend replied that they never had any business together nor did they ever exchange any sort of personal emails or business emails. The only communication we had with him were impersonal email blasts that I am sure got sent to everyone in Los Angeles county. When he was told that we have no business with him and that we actually are working with a different realtor he went off and started yelling about not telling him we were working with another realtor. To sum it up; there are hundreds of people who can help you with your housing needs. My intuition would be to go with someone who doesn't come off as unstable and angry like Mr. Gelfond.

Michael did a wonderful job representing me on my first home purchase this month. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was with me every step of the way. He even kicked my loan broker in the butt to get the funding done on time. I would use him again in a second and so should you.

We bought a home with Michael about 3 months back and he did about everything a Buyer could hope for. From identifying the homes for us to negotiating a ridiculous discount off the price through the inspections and renegotiation of credits and repairs. Highly recommended for high end homes in Santa Monica. Thanks again for going above and beyond Michael!
