- Having to deal with Agents that only have their best interest in mine (making a commission) as apposed to client interest and doing a good job of representing their client. Also dealing with Agents that are unknowledgeble about their job that are to proud to ask for assistance or get upset when you offer.

- To me all of my accomplishments as a Realtor are success stories. Being able to stay in this field for as long as I have because of my integrity and high moral standards I set for my self without falling to the way side like some of the get rich quick minded agents.

- Listening to my clients and being honest with them.

- God inspires me period.
