We had little hope left when we met Mike and he was our last attempt at buying a house. Thank goodness we found him! If not for him we would have missed out due to the changes in the way loans are approved. Mike spent an entire day with us giving us a crash course in real estate. When I met Mike, I didn't think I could afford or that I was ready to buy a home. He suggested I come in to his office to meet with him to see what the possibilities were. Somewhat reluctant, I did just that. I met with him with zero expectations and came out of our meeting with optimism. He made himself available whenever I was to meet and look at properties. The first day we looked, I found one I wanted, so we made an offer. It was a short sale and it went back and forth with their lender for many weeks until finally I decided to walk away and continue looking. Mike agreed and off we went. We found 2 other properties that I was interested in and like the first one, it just didn't work out. Then he called me up about another property and I met him and loved it. We put together an offer and it was accepted. Throughout the whole process he took the time to explain every detail. I would reccomend Mike to everyone I know and anyone I don't know. Thanks Mike!
