I love to help people get into a home, I especially love first time homebuyers, getting them into their first home, whether it be a condo or a small home is pure joy to me.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
The market is very challenging now, with most clients not realizing there is a cycle and we are now in a very challenging part for sellers.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
My second clients were a young couple just a couple months away from becoming first time parents, it was a rush to get them in their home before the baby came - we didn't make it - the loan funded the same day the baby was born. Two years later, I sold them their second home one month before baby #2 was born. They are still my favorite clients.
