There are lots of REO/Foreclosures so buyers have lots of competition but get a lot of home for the money.
Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I enjoy working with the first time buyer to share my expertise with them and helping them find their first home is very exciting for me. I also enjoy working with the seasoned investor who utilizes my expertise in negotiating and property managment.
What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
In this market trying to get my first time buyers with low downpayments programs like FHA and VA to be looked at seriously when they are competing with cash investors for Foreclosure Properties.
Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
Finally getting a deal through with over 17 competing offers and our offer was not the highest offer but my buyer had excellent credit and a great downpayment that gave him leverage.
What is your best characteristic?
Patience and Integrity. I want my clients to understand the buying or selling process and I am known for my integrity and high ethical standards in the way I practice my business.
Who or what inspires you the most?
My daughter inspires me as I have worked hard to help her achieve her goals and now she has grown her own wings and is gaining her desired independence.
What is the best advice you ever received?
Your integrity and reputation among your fellow realtors will always make you successful. Keep it up!
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I love living in California and the life style it affords me. Fishing is one of my favorite hobbies, and it is only 15 minutes away from where I live. I love sharing all my passions, one is work, another my family and "fishing"!
