charlie garcia sell a previous house with Manny Fonseca and would not recommend them to other home sellers.
have the buyer over 17,000.00 in closing cost and helped the buyer with loans with the advice of my agent. when the deal closed the agent have himself a rise of of 17,000.00 for himself. very streesful!!! was never available when needed. refused to hold any open house.
