Bought a house and Kym was the seller's agent. The listing said the house had central air conditioning which it didn't have at all. The thermostat was for the furnace and just because it said "cool" for fan operation doesn't mean it had air conditioning. Don't trust anything this realtor has to say. She's only in it for a fast commission, never to be heard from again as she moves on to the next unscrupulous deal that comes along.
