I am generally a very good and quiet tenant, so im not a crazy person angry at his realtor. I was with them for about a year, and from the begining I would receive harrassing letters based on my age. (they favor the old) When I moved out they took half of my deposit to cover normally standard cleaning procedures. After complaining they made it sound as if I had damaged the property. I decided against small claims due to time, but should have if not just to show them they cant do this to everyone. I needed that money and left this company feeling harrassed and taken advantage of. DO NOT USE! save yourself the hassle.

Bought a house and Kym was the seller's agent. The listing said the house had central air conditioning which it didn't have at all. The thermostat was for the furnace and just because it said "cool" for fan operation doesn't mean it had air conditioning. Don't trust anything this realtor has to say. She's only in it for a fast commission, never to be heard from again as she moves on to the next unscrupulous deal that comes along.

I can only say, that i was ready to buy, after the sell of my home of which i had a good profit thanks to her expirience, attention to detail, and dedication. My husband, and i found our new nest recently, and Ms Hanoch new exactly what we were looking for; Her entusiasm is so contagious, and her skills not only in Real Estate, but Interior Design completed our dream. mike had a lot of constraints to work with in helping me find a condo. after a very bad experience with a supposed professional broker, mike was professional and diligent in his work. id recommend him any day of the week... thanks again for responding to my needs...

Mr. Domino was very quick in making sure that we were always a step ahead. Mr. Domino submitted my offer for a condo and in under a month I recieved the keys. Excellent job Mr. Domino.

Mike did a great job for me. He's very diplomatic and knows how to make situations that seem impossible work for the buyer and the seller. I'd use him again in a minute. I used him to both buy and sell.

I had a bad experience in the past with another realtor and Colonna's help me trust a realtor again. THANKS COLONNA's
