Mr. Albadri was extremely unprofessional and did not act in our best interest.He lied about getting a property inspection which turned out to be his "visual inspection". We were bait and switched on by our loan officer (which delayed COE), for that reason Mr. Albadri said that anything wrong with the property was our fault because we "failed to close escrow on time". He concealed the Contingency Agreement,claimed "as-is" meant no further improvements , misrepresented by saying repairs were executed by termite inspectors (termite report not complete), would not schedule a walk through until AFTER loan docs were sent (forcing transaction), made racial comments about the sellers, refused to meet with us in person and would only do conference calls and emails, scheduled a date with a woman at our escrow office (who ended up copy and pasting our name on a document to push the loan through), to name a few. He violated all fiduciary duties. Supporting docs, phone logs, emails can be supplied.
