Ms Diamond refused to post a sign advertising my home for sale. She refused to furnish brochures advertising my home although she made repeated promises to do so. Ms Diamond failed to respond to repeated email messages and telephone calls over a several week period culminating in my asking "are you still in business?" and "are you still around?" to which I received no responses. Ms Diamond refused to accompany me to visit even a single comparable property in my area.
