Right now it's all cross the board. You will have to email me for a specific area.

Always new things happening between short sales, seller carry backs, trades, and the foreclosure market.

Why do you enjoy being a real estate agent?
I love the challenge and helping people through till the end. The end result is so rewarding it reminds me of finishing a marathon. You always get to experience a persons true character when you are helping them buy or sell.

What is the most challenging issue you face as a Real Estate Professional?
In this economy it's tough seeing all the people that have lost their homes.

Tell us one of your client success stories or an interesting moment in your profession.
I have the pleasure of representing Frankie Avalon which was really cool as I'm a big fan.

What is your best characteristic?
Patience and treating my clients like I would my own deal.

Who or what inspires you the most?
There are so many inspirations out there. I would have to say my mother for all her hard work and dedication.

What is the best advice you ever received?
Always keep positive!

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would it be?
I'm living in the best place in the world. La Quinta although I wouldn't mind a summer place in Italy.
