He told us a vacation rental home was available and we had to hurry up and send him a deposit of $1000. We overnighted a check to him which he cashed the same day of receipt. He later told us the home was no longer available and we have not been able to get our deposit back yet. AVOID HIM!

Ray Garra was the worst real estate/property manager that I ever had to deal with. He is very motivated to help get you into a place, however, once you are in good luck trying to contact him. He is always on vacation and seldom returns calls. When I first moved into a rental property it was infested with roaches, the fridgerator door fell off the hinges, the air conditioning went out, and worst of all Ray was impossible to get ahold of. I finally gave up on trying to contact him and just got the homeowners number so I could byp**** dealing with Ray Garra. I would avoid working with him at all costs.
