Courtney is fantastic! He was very helpful and friendly in addition to being extremely professional. I am very pleased with how both my transactions worked out. Anyone that can show a client 15 homes in one day and still smile when you didn't want a contract on any of them is a great person! What a worker! What a professional attitude! Then a few days later my husband and I called Farid on a home we just had to see...he had another appointment but wanted us to be happy so he asked his wife Peggy if she could show us the home. She agreed and that was it! We bought that house! We always tease Farid about the 15 homes he showed us...and the one he had his wife show us we bought! I am still amazed!
Our home had been on the market with another real estate organization for 9 months in 2008, only producing a 1/2 dozen showings and no real interest. We took our home off the market this fall, resigning ourselves to the reality the house would not sell in these economic times. We had heard a number of excellent reports on Farid, his professionalism and marketing strategy and in late October 2008 we said “why not” and made a decision to try again, listing our home this time with Farid. Within 24 hours of this decision our "house for sale" was all over the internet, within 3 days we had an offer which we accepted. I am still amazed!
