He had been busy, he said, and he apologized that he had not returned our calls or left the key in the lockbox of this property he'd been hired to rent. He sounded like a very nice guy, but in my experience, he is far too irresponsible to be a serious realtor.

I contacted Sharon to purchase a business and went through due dilligence after opening escrow. We (my wife & I) did not feel comfortable with gross sales volume and wanted to cancel the escrow. Sharon keep forcing me to continue with due dilligence and refuse to cancel escrow and I had to call escrow personally. She even asked me to pay her for her time spent. Isn't that what agents are supposed to do in first place? She maybe made about 3-4 trips to the place of business and to my office. I strongly recommend against using her for any transactions weather buying business or house.
