Our realtor brought us to a rental property listed by Jerez Real Estate. When we got there, the key was missing from the lockbox. Our realtor called Richard Jerez, and a couple days later Richard Jerez replied that the key was now in the lockbox. So we went back, but the key was still missing. Our realtor kept calling Richard Jerez and leaving voicemails, as well as checking the property to see whether the key had been put in the lockbox, but to no avail. I also started calling Richard Jerez periodically myself (at the number listed at richardjerez.com, 818-957-5331). Our realtor never succeeded at reaching him or having his voicemails returned, but on the 12th day of phone calls, Richard Jerez answered my call. He had been busy, he said, and he apologized that he had not returned our calls or left the key in the lockbox of this property he'd been hired to rent. He sounded like a very nice guy, but in my experience, he is far too irresponsible to be a serious realtor.

Sima Khachatourian is a fantastic real estate broker & an has incredible knowledge of houses in La Crescenta & houses in the Glendale area. She is extremely professional. If you are looking to purchase a property I highly recommend getting in touch with her .

I contacted Sharon to purchase a business and went through due dilligence after opening escrow. We (my wife & I) did not feel comfortable with gross sales volume and wanted to cancel the escrow. Sharon keep forcing me to continue with due dilligence and refuse to cancel escrow and I had to call escrow personally. She even asked me to pay her for her time spent. Isn't that what agents are supposed to do in first place? She maybe made about 3-4 trips to the place of business and to my office. I strongly recommend against using her for any transactions weather buying business or house.
